- In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.
- This person will develop and execute progressive integrated recruitment solutions using multiple avenues including direct sourcing, social networking, industry networking, employee referrals, Internet sourcing, minority and trade job fairs, targeted advertising, college and community outreach.
- This role is accountable to ensuring that all recruitment procedures are consistent for all positions to ensure compliance with EEOC recruitment and selection records retention requirements.
- Skills and ResponsibilitiesSource active and passive candidates from various resources, including, direct sourcing, employee referrals, traditional media, job fairs, chamber of commerce and internet job boards.
- Accountable for creating and maintaining diversity, veteran and disability focused recruitment strategies to generate a diverse slate of talent for each role.
