- Reporting to the Sr. Director of Brand Strategy & Content, the Content Director is responsible for the strategic development of Wharton MarComm's content planning, including the distribution of multimedia content, alignment with Wharton's school-wide priorities, and project coordination processes within the Content & Creative team.
- Providing leadership and direction to both internal and vendor resources, the role oversees the production of a department-wide content calendar, video & podcast scripting, talent scheduling, budgeting, and managing partner relationships.
- Serving as project manager for all content requests, the Content Director will work closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations to ensure content projects remain on task, exceed partner satisfaction, and align with our strategic initiatives.
- The Content Director should also possess a broad knowledge of project management tools and process improvement techniques to optimize content production resources.
