- Position Title: Consumer Banking Solutions Support Coordinator Business Unit: Retail Operations Reports To: System Administrator of CRM
- Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for working with the System Administrator of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and the Consumer Bank divisions to perform a variety of duties to support the branches and various lines of businesses that are utilizing CRM, WorkForce Optimization (Verint) and the Referral solution.
- Assists with department documentation, writing procedures, facilitating the small business classified list initiative and participating in continuing education sessions as the system expert.
- Maintains tasks as outlined by the System Administrator of CRM to support all building, updates and upgrades for CRM and Staffing Solutions.
- Special Skills: Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software MS Word - Intermediate Level MS Excel - Intermediate Level MS PowerPoint - Intermediate Level Associates or BA or BS with 1 year of experience preferred.
