- This job is primarily and regularly exposed to outside weather conditions and construction sites where the noise level is usually moderate to loud Job Responsibilities:Manage, maintain, and monitor the Construction Services Department (CSD) engineering services; both field and office operations and personnel to ensure all testing and reporting is per required specs, testing standards, etc.
- Communicate CSD technical needs with counterpart CSD Operations Manager to ensure department functions as needed to accommodate project and Client needs.
- Directly oversee and monitor QC Manager and Field Staff to ensure, on a technical standpoint, project requirements are being met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Manage and monitor CSD profitability through managing efficient processes and procedures for field and office staff and communication with CSD Operations Manager.
