- Experience working at an operational water or wastewater treatment plant Supervising and supporting the work of others.
- Qualifications & Experience: Required Qualifications: 15 or more years of construction experience on water / wastewater plants & facilities Bachelors’ degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field of study.
- A California PE or CCM US Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management Certification The Quality Assurance Officer shall possess a current license as a civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical engineer in the State of California and/or a be a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) as certified by the Construction Management Association of America.
