- As a Project Manager your main responsibility is to organize and lead mid-to-large-scale commercial projects by overseeing schedules, budgets, project financials, including developing and maintaining financial projections, and client engagement.
- Team with Project Superintendent to execute all construction phases, including site visits
- Collaborate with Project Coordinator to execute RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, purchase orders, etc.
- Manage exemplary standards of quality, risk, safety, and compliance on and offsite
- Train and mentor new employees and be an ambassador of Catalyst Construction
