- As the Accounting Manager/Bookkeeper, you will lead our accounting department, streamline financial reporting processes by creating monthly financial status reports for Senior Management including but not limited to Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and works in progress.
- Oversite and implementation of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Collections to help improve our operational efficiency and continued growth.
- Managing all ledgers, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger, as well as billing and invoicing providing timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting.
- Our ideal candidate has several years of prior construction bookkeeping and accounting experience, expert-level knowledge of Sage 300 software, and experience preparing financial statements.
- One AP/AR specialist will be supporting and reporting into this role.
