- The Compensation Analyst supports Advanced Group’s compensation strategy across all global regions (North America, Europe, APAC and Japan).
- The Compensation Analyst will participate in compensation surveys, develop compensation bands, support updates within our HRIS systems, and assist with the coordination and implementation of annual compensation activities.
- Submit salary survey data and conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our compensation practices remain competitive and aligned with industry trends across North America, Europe, and APAC.
- Partner with People & Culture Partners, HRIS, and Payroll teams to support the annual compensation review cycle in UKG Pro (annual merit, market, promotion and bonus cycles).
- Provide materials to support employee and manager training on compensation philosophy and practices.
