- Job Title: Community Standards Administrative Assistant (CSAA)
- A Community Standards Administrative Assistant (CSAA) supports a team of community management staff through timely completion of assigned administrative and project duties.
- A CSAA generates reports, processes architectural applications, creates violation notices, and handles client phone calls on a daily basis.
- Additionally, the CSAA will serve as the point of contact assisting with the everyday questions and needs of homeowners, primarily specific to violation and architectural application questions and processing.
- Submit all charge-backs for association via chargeback systems, including but not limited to violation fines, and architectural submission fees per the client’s management contract.
