- The agency is licensed by the New York State Department of Health as an Article 29-I Voluntary Foster Care Agency (VFCA) Health Facility.
- This licensure allows us to provide 'Core and Other Limited Health-Related Services' to our children in foster care and enables us to contract and bill Medicaid Managed Care Plans.
- Activities provided under CPST are intended to assist the child/youth and family/caregivers to achieve stability and functional improvement in daily living, personal recovery and/or resilience, family and interpersonal relationships in school and community integration.
- Providing in person community, school and home- based skill building services to clients in Catholic Guardian's Article 29I program
- Bachelor's degree and three years applicable experience in children's mental health, addiction, and/or foster care/child welfare/juvenile justice or other related human services field.
