- As the Community Manager, you are a team builder and leader who provides support, mentorship and direction to ensure high level of employee and resident engagement.
- Leads by example and ensures a proactive approach to Service Excellence is adopted for all key customer touch points (leasing, move-in, renewal, move-out, etc.)
- Ensures compliance in all facets of the community performance including curb appeal, cleanliness, asset preservation, state of repair, safety (OSHA) and security standards.
- Demonstrates understanding and knowledge of the competitive residential markets by conducting regular market analysis and developing leasing and pricing strategies accordingly.
- Creates an outreach and networking strategy to generate leads within the local market.
