- Assists in the writing of weekly cycle menus with admin/FSD following Aramark's Marketing playbook requirements
- Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items
- Proficient with knife skills and proper utensil handling following Aramark safety standards (cut gloves)
- Dating, labeling and proper rotation FIFO
