- The role will interface directly with our users - senior sales leaders and theirmanagers - and work cross-functionally with engineering, sales and marketing while reportinginto the CEO. The startup environment will place a lot of demands on this role from strategicthinking to tactical execution, while working in an agile environment.
- We have successfully experimented with a trial motion to improve customer acquisition this year and believe based on the fast time to value and low effort setup, the product can and should be moved to be truly product-led asap.
- Engage with customers and prospects for user research including the formulation and testing of customer-problem-product hypotheses
- Bring the voice of the user into product discussions which is informed by user research and qualitative analysis
