- The Collaborative Achievement Team (CAT) of Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking a Behavior Consultant to join their team!
- The Behavior Consultant role includes responsibilities such as conducting assessments, creation of behavioral intervention plans for students, data summarization and interpretation, facilitating monthly meetings with school staff and/or families, and ongoing staff support.
- The appropriate candidate will be able to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and create behavior intervention plans for CAT Behavioral Interventionist staff and/or paraeducators working 1:1 in the public-school setting to implement.
- Experience working with children implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services is a must, preferably experience with children with Emotional/Behavioral Disturbances.
- It is necessary that CAT Behavior Consultants have strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
