- JOB SUMMARYThe Clinician provides staff, clients, family members and community members with information and education about mental health symptoms, mental health treatment, substance abuse and strategies for relapse prevention as related to supporting their housing and overall wellness.
- Conduct individual and group sessions, crisis intervention, client education groups, and other core competency functions of an SUD/MH clinician.
- Acts as PSC to provide service coordination/case management for an assigned group of clients including coordinating and monitoring activities of the treatment team.
- Maintains a minimum degree of training and knowledge in cultural competency, co-occurring and gender responsiveness, and trauma-informed care.
- Complete housing documentation as required by Program Supervisor.
