Our mission is to create opportunities for independence, self-worth, and happiness for individuals with complex special needs. As a Clinician, you'll provide therapeutic services to children, conducting individual appointments, crisis interventions, and family therapy sessions. You'll collaborate with our team, attend meetings, and support students in various capacities. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Conduct individual, twice-weekly appointments with students, offering personalized therapeutic interventions.</li><li>Provide crisis intervention and support as needed to ensure the safety and well-being of students.</li><li>Participate in team processes and collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive treatment plans.</li><li>Conduct family therapy sessions when applicable, fostering positive communication and</li><li>Assist in direct care capacity as needed, supporting students in their daily activities and routines.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field</li><li>Massachusetts Social Work or mental health counseling license required or licensure eligible</li><li>A valid driver's license required</li></ul> Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Compensation: $56,837 annually Latham Centers, Inc.
