- The successful candidate will join a thriving Biology of Aging and Neuroscience community of over 40 investigators with strengths in Alzheimer's Disease and Alzheimer's Disease Related Dementias, age-related neurodegenerative disease, neuropsychiatric disorders and visual sciences, supported by state-of-the-art genomics and proteomics facilities.
- In concert with the Neurodegenerative Disorder Center ( the successful candidate will assist in the growth and development of an active AD/ADRD research community competing for NIH program grants and aspiring to ADRC designation.
- Will carry the title of Assistant, Associate or Professor of Empire Innovation (rank dependent upon qualifications) in the Departments of Neuroscience & Physiology and Geriatrics.
- Minimum Qualifications: PhD, MD or MD/PhD in the appropriate area of discipline/specialty, with a strong record of funding and publications.
- Junior researchers will be considered only if holding NIH or foundation funding, including career development awards.
