- A successful Mental Health Therapist will work with many families concurrently, have a flexible schedule and collaborate closely with internal and external team members to provide psychotherapy services to youth in specialty mental health.
- Providing mental health services in an outpatient mental health clinic and/or in-home for children, adolescents, and families in Placer County.
- Delivering and coordinating Mental Health Services to clients and families as defined by Wayfinder's Policy and Procedure, the Core Practice Model, and Placer County.
- Licensed in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) OR registered in California as an Associate Social Worker (ASW) or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist preferred.
- Two years of experience working high-risk children, adolescents, adults and/or families within the Mental Health, Educational, Child Welfare and/or Juvenile Probation systems preferred.
