- This jobs primary focus is to provide high quality clinical supervision on every aspect of the role for pre-masters and pre-doctorate practicum students, and post-masters associate-level providers in Psychiatry departments.
- Provides high quality clinical supervision per California Board requirements (Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology) covering all aspects of the student/intern/Associate/licensed providers (any supervisee) role including clinical documentation, treatment planning, crisis response protocols, KP clinical workflows.
- Provides training and supervision in key treatment modalities and EBPs covering individual (adult, adolescent, child), family, couples and group therapy.
- Clinical program design and implementation as related to supervisees and overall regional and local clinic needs across the Behavioral Health continuum of care.
- Collaborates with Regional Behavioral Health training program team for student/intern/associate placements.
