- Those areas include Intensive Outreach, Case Management, Community Support, Chemical Dependency Treatment, Mental Health Treatment, accessing appropriate and affordable housing, Crisis Intervention/Management, and working collaboratively with inter and intra-agency partners on the provision of services needed in all life domains to promote recovery and self-sufficiency.
- Master's degree in a human services field and two years' experience in behavioral health and must be registered with the appropriate Oregon State licensing board to meet, at minimum, QMHP requirements.
- Must have a minimum of a CADC II (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) OR have the ability to obtain CADC II within 6 months of hire.
- Must become a certified Director’s Custody designee in Multnomah County within the first 6 months of hire pending availability from Multnomah County Behavioral Health Division
- Provide mental health and addiction treatment and rehabilitative services within one's scope of practice
