- The Research and Compliance Analyst will assist in the administration of the Enterprise Risk Management Program that includes Corporate Compliance Program, HIPAA Privacy Office, and Research.
- The Research and Compliance Analyst will demonstrate SRAlab Core Attributes: Communication, Accountability, Flexibility/Adaptability, Judgment/Problem Solving, Customer Service and SRAlab Values (Hope, Compassion, Discovery, Collaboration, & Commitment to Excellence) while fulfilling job duties.
- Preferred ability to incorporate the Office of Inspector General’s seven elements of an effective compliance program related to but not limited to, HIPAA, conflicts of interest, and new or revised laws or regulations, to the Executive Management, Research Staff, Patient Financial Services, Medical Records, and other SRAlab staff.
- Research and recommend actions to be taken after consulting, as appropriate, with the Office of General Counsel.
- Frequently interact with the Office of General Counsel for assistance in interpretation of regulatory requirements and/or legal advice on issues, concerns and/or risks.
