- Provides direct clinical psychological services consisting of individual, family and group psychotherapy and telehealth for youth and adults.
- Provides crisis intervention in urgent care, suicide assessments, psychological testing, and consultation with multi-disciplinary treatment staff.
- Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; social).

- In addition to meeting the Basic Requirements, to qualify for the grade GS-13, you must have one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (obtained in public or private sector) performing the following: (1) Applying ethical and professional guidelines in diagnosing and treating physical and/or mental disorders; (2) Providing counseling (e.g., behavioral health, substance abuse, etc.)
