- Rather than focusing on archaic outdated design, we strive to consistently question the “status-quo” and create new and more innovative ways to help aging adults and adults with disabilities maintain their quality of life.
- Clinical Collaborative Supervisor who will lead program operations for IOA’s Clinical Collaborative Program and supervise clinical and administrative staff employed by community-based case management programs funded by the Department of Disability and Aging Services (DAS) in San Francisco.
- Conducting Clinical Collaborative individual and group supervision meetings as outlined in the contract with the Department of Disability and Aging Services (DAS)
- Remaining current with changes in San Francisco community aging services, Medi-Cal and Medicare regulations and procedures that will impact the practice and direction of the program; acts as a resource to program and staff organization-wide
- A Master’s degree in social work or a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling, gerontology or sociology) from an accredited college or university
