- Steer and regulate the document management process and coordinate its facilitation.
- Maintain a focus toward continuous improvement of client experience, including but not limited to directing clients to external sources of information, providing clear communications with respect to client needs, and acting as liaison with the Investment Advisor and team members to document all communication via CRM
- Inform attendees/participants of function dates and times, reserve meeting space, arrange for audio visual and additional equipment/materials, and arrange meals
- Work in Adobe Echo Sign to send engagement letters to clients for signature
- 4 years of previous executive support experience necessary; experience within a professional services firm, investment banking environment, or legal environment preferred
