- Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies, Workers Compensation Division, has an immediate opening for a Client Services Account Manager to handle a book of business of policyholders (with estimated annual premiums of $250k+), while supporting new business growth.
- Actively participates in classroom and on-the-job training and is able to demonstrate mastery of the subject material.
- CERTIFICATIONS: One or More Preferred: Workers Compensation Claims Administration (WCCA), and/or California Workers' Compensation Claims Professional (WCCP), and/or Claims Practitioner in Workers' Compensation
- CPWC-IND), and/or Self-Insured (SIP), and/or Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and/or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years of California Workers' Compensation claims handling or claims customer service experience required; must have experience participating in claims reviews and communicating and collaborating with internal and external customers.
