- Expedite and oversee administrative process of clients' insured claims as assigned within region, including but not limited to general liability, builders' risk, professional liability, pollution, and auto liability claims.
- As directed by Claims Manager, report claims in timely manner to applicable insurance carriers, and gather pertinent documentation.
- Facilitate process for insured claims as assigned within region and as assigned by Claims Manager, until claim is settled and closed.
- As directed by Claims Manager, coordinate with Operations, Safety, and/or Legal teams to ensure initial investigation is conducted and documented via written report; coordinate third-party incident investigator, as necessary.
- Participate in crisis response team activities within assigned region and assigned clients.
