- Under the leadership of the Program Manager, the staff Occupational Therapist is responsible and accountable for providing occupational therapy services to children, adolescents and their families, carrying out interventions to help improve behavioral health and functioning.
- Duties include patient evaluation, assessment, treatment planning, individual and group intervention implementation, and discharge transition support.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, curiosity, humor and humility.
- Must have previous exposure and/or knowledge of children/adolescents mental health treatment within OT, with preference in utilizing sensory processing, social-emotional learning, and/or executive functioning within therapeutic interventions.
- Previous experience with CBT and DBT integration preferred.
