- The COO develops and directly manages the Human Resources Manager, the Technology Manager, the Director of Outreach and Out of School Time, the Facilities Manager, office staff, and health services alongside external partners.
- Supervise and lead school operations: data, enrollment, Student Information Systems (SIS) management, security, health services, human resources, National School Lunch Program (food services), Out of school time;
- Supervise and lead all school safety matters: safety and emergency procedures and trainings, fire drills and emergency preparedness; annual safety compliance; licensing requirements;
- Responsible for PCSB and OSSE data submissions and validations, PCSB policies implementation, Federal Civil Rights Data Collection;
- Manage all financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting functions, grant reporting, and regulatory reporting;
