- The Chaplain provides interfaith, non-denominational, spiritual care services in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and spiritual care program manager and with medical director and/or attending physician’s approval in many programs for patients at many Rogers Behavioral Health locations.
- Due to the fact the vast majority of our patient population that requests spiritual care services identify themselves as religious and/or spiritual, the Chaplain role requires deep respect for the diversity and individuality of each patient both in words and actions.
- Under the direction of the Spiritual Care Manager and in collaboration with the RBH Foundation, cultivate new and existing donor relationships.
- Provide pastoral care that respects diversity and differences including, but not limited to culture, gender, sexual orientation, and spiritual/religious practices.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) or CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education) preferred.
