- In this role, our team helps deliver impactful changes of the business by proactively planning and executing highly cross-functional work aligned to the strategies of our People teams (HR, Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Experience, Recruiting, Engineering).
- The Change Manager will lead change initiatives by engaging, advising, and informing key internal & external stakeholders, including the design, development, and delivery of change strategies and plans that drive value for the stakeholders and drive desired business outcomes.
- Build and deliver actionable engagement, communications, knowledge management, and learning plans to enable adoption and achieve intended business outcomes
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders and leaders such as Product, Recruiting, HRBPs, People Operations, and People Analytics
- Prosci ADKAR® Model certification or similar framework
