- Create detailed resumes and banquet event orders for each event to ensure all important details are communicated to the support departments.
- Walk event space to ensure proper set up and all requirements per the Banquet Event Orders are ready for client.
- Maintain existing and generate new accounts for market by: Prospecting, Face to Face Appointments and Outside Sales Calls, Attending Industry related Networking Functions, Client Appreciation Parties, Taste of theWit Events, Trade Organization Participation, etc.
- Complete other duties as outlined by the Managing Director of Sales and Catering.
- Maintain working knowledge of all other departments in the hotel in order to work in unison with all departments.
