- They work alongside the Banquet Operations Manager and with the Culinary Team to ensure the proper coordination of all food and beverage functions held in all Banquet and Meeting rooms while keeping with the standards set by Lessing's Hospitality Group and Pelican Club. This position must provide the highest level of service to our guests.
- Assist with training and development of event staff; provide constructive feedback as needed
- Hold staff accountable to Pelican Club guidelines and policies
- Contribute to achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales and labor costs
