- The Catering Manager will ensure the smooth operation and integration of all drop off catering and full service catered events within the facility.
- Anticipate catering needs by monitoring room reservation reports from EMS software and reach out to clients in a timely manner to expedite the planning process.
- Manage event production to include but not limited to; proposal writing, menu development, equipment and logistics, and CaterXpert data management and profitability goals.
- Work with outside vendors to source rental equipment and linen when necessary.
