- It is the role of the Case Manager to gather all of the necessary documents and requirements of an application, as needed, from our representatives/agents, and follow the application through the various stages of underwriting through application completion.
- During this time it is the responsibility of the Case Manager to provide constant communication to and from the agent and the insurance carrier that the application is with.
- Processing of incoming life insurance and annuity applications; ensuring that every application is complete with the correct paperwork, requirements and signatures.
