Position Details:* Shift: EVE* Status: Full Time:: As a caregiver, you assist our senior residents in their daily well-being, including personal services, medication assistance, social-recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks. You will report to the wellness director.:You Will:* Follow the resident service plan including; assistance, bathing, grooming, administering medication, and other activities of daily living (ADLs), noting changes in the resident condition. * Communicate problems, concerns, and issues with resident apartments, buildings, and grounds with an appropriate team member. * Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. * Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures. * Comply with regulatory standards and OSHA guidelines, and incident reporting guidelines. * Relate and communicate with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees. * Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home-like environment for residents.  You currently:* Preferred candidates have six months of experience in senior caregiving. If new to healthcare, we will train. * Exude a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe demeanor. * Compose reports in English.
