- This position is responsible for performing career counseling in an academic environment, including but not limited to career advising, employment searches, interview and placement preparation skills, communication with potential employers, conducting career workshops, and providing orientation to Career Coach and related work as directed.
- Serve as a direct connection and liaison for students participating in the Male Initiative for Leadership and Education (MILE) program, LEAD: Female Empowerment and Mentoring Program, and TRIO Student Support Services.
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or closely related field; with three (3) years experience and/or training that includes vocational counseling, vocational testing/assessment, vocational referrals, employment services, or career development/transition; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
