- Reporting to the Associate Dean & Campus Administrator, the Campus operations Manager ensures campus operations and services support the needs of all students, faculty, staff, and guests.
- Core areas of responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the campus include access and safety, classroom and event management, and coordination of building operations, activities, reception/welcome desk services, facilities maintenance, inventory management, and space scheduling.
- The Campus Operations Manager serves as the lead with property management for work orders, HVAC and access, technology liaison, services and vendor management, contract management, procurement, risk management, health/safety and security, facility renovations, and management of facility needs.
- Also, the Campus Operations Manager serves as a primary point of contact for safety and emergency preparedness, financial services, human resources support and personnel onboarding/offboarding, and internal communications.
- Oversee and contribute to event planning, food services, guest registrations and building access, event space set-up, IT services, class and event clean-up, internal communications, and any other activities necessary to ensure a well-organized and executive event.
