- The Call Center Coordinator provides competent, thorough customer service skills through phone interviews, face-to-face evaluations for intake, crisis calls, and community referrals.
- Apprises patients/guardians of rights, verifies and certifies insurance benefits, starts financial counseling, obtains custody documents, registers patients and obtains legal consents.
- Plan and monitor all staffing for nursing Services under the direction of a resource nurse.
- This may require working as a Unit Clerk/MHS as needed and/or assigned.
- Demonstrated experience with intake triage, data entry, medical insurance, managed care, or direct experience working with psychiatric patients.
