- The Business Technology Advisor responsibilities include: Participating in the Marketing team to create content, drive campaigns and lead events both in person and virtual, Drive new business opportunities from net new clients for both MSP and MSSP and continue to build relationships with new TechMD clients.
- You will focus on ways to grow the TechMD brand through high value content, disruptive mailers and events, while always focusing on driving value to our target audience.
- Business Technology Advisors must have laser focus on getting results for the customer; must be proactive and not wait for the customer to notice they are not on track to achieving a particular goal; must have a “no excuses” mindset and do what needs to be done; and must have the ability to coordinate multiple resources to achieve the desired outcome.
- Help clients through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
