- The Business Analyst role is critical to the expanding strategy of the group as the position is expected to leverage problem-solving, communication, and process design to advance industry leading, in-house software systems.
- The position involves acting as an advocate, point of contact, and internal consultant for their assigned departments: Market Operations, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, People Operations
- The Business Support Analyst will be expected to establish a deep understanding of the processes and personnel of these assigned departments and become “embedded” within the teams.
- Using Business Intelligence platforms to review department KPI's and data integrity
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Domo) a plus
