- One Care sales and lead nurturing are new capabilities for the organization and require a dedicated focus toward designing lead nurturing workflows and building relationships that will both support growth 2024-2025 and ensure an effective 2025 AEP for 1/1/26 enrollment.
- Community engagement team efforts will continue in parallel and will work collaboratively with the new resource to maximize self-selection growth and retention.
- The BDR works closely with internal and external constituencies to translate business development concepts into specific initiatives, marketing/outreach projects, and lead generation activities.
- The BDR will be responsible for working collaboratively with product and community engagement to define and execute on lead generating workflows and future sales competencies.
- The BDR will report up progress through the Director of Field Sales and the Director of Duals product.
