- Helm is a fast-growing company that is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) for the west territory.
- The Business Development Manager (BDM) position plays an integral role in the planning and execution of our New Acquisition Strategy.
- The primary responsibility for the Business Development Team is to convert non-loyal dealerships to Mopar Vehicle Protection (MVP) F&I products by leveraging profit participation programs and account development capabilities of the Helm Field Team to illustrate income opportunities to the Dealership Decision Maker.
- The BDM is dually focused on new acquisition activity by assisting in the development of the regional growth strategy with the Senior Business Development Manager and conducting prospecting visits in assigned territories.
- Assist in the development of the overall regional new acquisition strategy with the Senior Business Development Manager by targeting specific dealerships.
