- They will be responsible for forging relationships with the leadership of emerging biotech customers and conveying our biotech value prop to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration.
- They will be responsible for leading high-performance Account Management Teams (AMTs) in an intercultural, diverse, virtual, matrix environment, and will often have to ensure alignment on overall partnership strategy in the face of competing interests and priorities.
- Accelerate growth and increase lifetime value of our relationships with new and emerging biotechs and meet or exceed Goal Tree metrics for success
- Lead the AMTs in the creation of overall territory and account strategy, using our breadth and depth of capabilities to create high-impact, innovative, science- and customer-centric solutions
- Work closely with customers and industry organizations to develop a deep understanding of focus technology areas and organizational imperatives, as well as the competitive landscape to inform the evolution of our Biotech customer value proposition.
