- Assist customers with consumer (non-mortgage) loan needs by accepting applications, collecting supporting documentation, and closing approved loans
- Ensures standard operating procedures, regulations and policies are followed and provides guidance to branch personnel on operating problems, exceptions, and adjustments
- Supervises the branch staff to include recruitment, selection, training and development, scheduling, monitoring and evaluating performance
- Monitors branch production reports, coaches and trains branch staff, and utilizes customer relationship management skills to achieve established goals and profitability targets
