- Responsible for efficient, effective management of a full-service Branch office, ensuring that established policies and procedures are followed: delegating a part of the day-to-day operations to the Assistant Branch Manager in order to be available to make loans and business calls; and to represent the bank at civic and service club functions.
- Achieves complete familiarity with the Bank's deposit and loan policies and guidelines.
- Accountable for complying with all Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering regulations, bank policies, and procedures.
- Responsible for the general maintenance of the Branch.
- This includes making sure the walkways are clear of ice and snow for the safety and security of customers and employees.
