- The Benefits and Wellness Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and administering health insurance, retirement plans, leave of absence and wellness programs for team members.
- This role will provide team member support: advising team members, answering questions, and enrolling them in benefit programs.
- Process and administer all leave-of-absence requests and state disability paperwork: medical, personal, ADA, FMLA, and other applicable leave.
- 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, leave management, and wellness programs.
- Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant’s education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data.
