- Manage all aspects of employee leaves, including Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), etc.
- Provide guidance and assistance with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Utilize knowledge of ADP (Automatic Data Processing) system to manage HR-related tasks such as payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
- Provide overall HR support to employees and management as needed.
- Extensive experience with leaves administration, including STD, LTD, FMLA, etc
