- Additionally this person will administer all employee benefit programs, including: medical, dental, vision, life, leave management, voluntary benefits, retirement, wellness, and employee assistance programs.
- Assists other staff members with administration of health and welfare, retirement, leave management and wellness benefits
- Broad knowledge of employee benefits, leave management and WC programs
- Thorough understanding of local, state and federal guidelines that govern benefits plans and leave management; ERISA, ACA, IRS, FMLA, ADA
