- Five or more years functioning as a Benefit Program Analyst preferably for a professional services organization.
- Demonstrated understanding of ADA, COBRA, EEO, ERISA, FMLA/CFRA, HIPAA, ACA, Social Security, Workers Compensation, applicable federal and California state codes and disability programs, and other relevant regulations.
- Some working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.
