- REPORTING TO: Managing Director of Human Resources
- The West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing, Inc. (WSFSSH) is a community-based organization whose mission is to provide safe, affordable housing with supportive services within a residential setting which enhances the independence and dignity of each person.
- The Human Resources Benefits Manager is responsible for the benefit administration of all benefit program to including employee communication, day to day benefit administration and working closely with our HR Partners, Payroll, Health Benefits Broker and other external partners to manage existing benefit programs as well as the research and proposal of annual renewal changes.
- Oversee the vendors responsible for administering health insurance, commuter benefits, flexible spending accounts (FSA), HRA, retirement plans, tuition waivers, and other benefits perks.
- In partnership with the Managing Director of Human Resources, lead the overall design, Request for Proposal (RFP) and vendor selection for health and welfare, disability, workers compensation, 403(b) retirement plans and financial advisor.
